Adding in Wd1 photometry
Move the new images to /volumes/honeydew/Nick/Wd1/May2010 (say)
Do the actual photometry
- andiphot: will turn rccd--->nrccd and run photometry
Move things into clusters/N and clusters/S subdirectories
- mkdir clusters
- mkdir clusters/N
- mkdir clusters/S
- mkdir clusters/merged
- Wd1andiclean
Inspect FWHM and see if there are any frames we should be deleting.
Generate new shift files:
- cd clusters/N
- files *sum > newfiles
- cp ../../../current/clusters/N/MasterList .
- /users/massey/survey/match3xynewI--->newshifts
- edit out anything in newshifts you don't want based on fwhm or based
on the magnitude difference or delta x or y.
- cp *sum ../../../current/clusters/N/.
- cp newshifts ../../../current/clusters/N/.
- cd ../../../current/clusters/N
- rm Wd1*
- add newshifts to oldshifts ---> allshifts
- starbyandi
- period
- repeat for S
- Now comes the fun and hard part: putting only the good stuff into merge
- cd /volumes/honeydew/Nick/Wd1/current
- rm -r merged
- mkdir merged
- cp N/*sum merged
- cp S/*sum merged
- combine N/allshifts and S/allshifts ---> merged/temp
- cd merged
- fields temp 1 > temp2
- sort temp2 col=1 > allfiles
- /users/masesy/survey/match3xynoangI
