A. Breaking up the images

For each geometrically corrected, reduced frame we now want to break the image up into individual pieces. Our procedure is to

• Create a list of all images to be processed.
• Use the first of these images to identify the locations of the breaks between the various chips.
• Actually breaks the chips apart.
