Problem:

The seeing on this night got as bad as 6". The radial plot shows the huge FWHM. Bad seeing usually causes stars to be perfectly round which is not the case here as a spread around the best fit can be seen. This may be due to bad guiding which invariably occurs during really bad seeing, or bad focus which is difficult (and pointless) to determine in such terrible seeing.

Fix:

Wait for seeing to improve.
