Lowell Observatory is an ideal place for those looking for volunteer opportunities. We have many volunteers who work here in a variety of capacities: giving tours to our visitors, assisting with research, cataloging documents in our library and archives, and helping out at our reception desk.
If you would like to join our team as a volunteer or a docent, you can download an application document in Microsoft Word format or as a PDF. You can also use the download links in the sidebar at left.
Please return the form to Kevin Schindler, kevin [at] lowell [dot] edu. Once we receive your form, we will work with you to help you find the area where you would most like to devote your time and effort here. Thank you very much for your interest and willingness to help our mission in this way!
